Does Time2IPO connect directly to my bank or broker?
No. Time2IPO never asks for your broker login credentials, bank passwords, or UPI PINs. You add your family Demat account balances and log IPO bids manually, so your banking credentials stay private.
How does the ASBA Liquidity Matrix work when I log an application?
When you log an IPO application for one or more family Demat accounts, Time2IPO deducts the bid amount from each selected account’s Available Capital and moves it into ASBA Locked Capital. Mark an application Not Allotted / Refunded and the locked capital returns immediately to Available Liquidity. Mark it Listed / Sold and the principal unlocks while your realized listing profit is added to your total portfolio performance.
Why does Time2IPO track PAN numbers?
Under Indian IPO regulations, multiple applications under the same PAN for the same IPO are rejected by the registrar. Time2IPO checks PAN identifiers across your family Demat accounts so you submit only one valid application per PAN per IPO.
How is Live IPO & GMP data updated?
A hybrid 3-tier engine: the official IPO Alerts API (api.ipoalerts.in) for verified Mainboard and SME schedules, price bands, and lot sizes; a live web aggregator for subscription multipliers (QIB, NII, Retail) and GMP; and Gemini AI with Google Search grounding to verify open and upcoming issues and write market briefs. Tap Refresh on the Home screen, IPO Market screen, or GMP & Liquidity Wave sheet to sync the latest data.
How do I back up or sync across devices?
Open the Profile tab and tap Sign in with Google. Your Demat accounts, planned IPOs, applications, and activity logs are backed up to Firebase Cloud Firestore and synced whenever you sign in on another Android device.
Can I use Time2IPO offline without signing in?
Yes. Portfolio tracking, Demat account management, ASBA liquidity calculations, and the 30-day Funds Flow chart all work offline with an on-device Room SQLite database. Cloud sign-in is optional.
How do I export my IPO history to Excel or Google Sheets?
Open Profile, scroll to Data Management & Privacy, and tap Export Portfolio Report (Share CSV). Save or share the CSV to Google Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp, or Excel.
How do I enable Fingerprint or Face Unlock?
Go to Profile → Biometric Vault Security and turn the switch on. You’ll verify your fingerprint or face once to activate the lock. Tap Lock Now any time to lock your vault immediately.
How do I permanently delete my account and cloud data?
Go to Profile → Data Management & Privacy → Delete Account & Cloud Data and confirm. This erases your Firestore records, deletes your Firebase Auth account, and clears your local database. You can also request deletion by email; see Account Deletion.
