1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Time2IPO: IPO & Demat Tracker (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the App.
2. Nature of service & SEBI regulatory disclaimer
- Informational & personal tracking utility only. Time2IPO is strictly a personal record-keeping, ASBA liquidity calculation, and market information tracking app.
- Not a SEBI-registered advisor or broker. Time2IPO is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, Stockbroker, or Depository Participant.
- No trade execution or banking connection. The App does not place real IPO bids, execute trades, initiate UPI mandates, or connect to your bank or Demat accounts. All capital locks, unblocks, and profit figures are user-maintained ledger entries.
- No investment advice. Nothing in the App, including GMP estimates, subscription multipliers, listing gain projections, or AI IPO Strategist responses, is a recommendation or solicitation to apply for, buy, or sell any security. Review the official Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) and consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before investing.
3. Grey Market Premium (GMP) & third-party market data
GMP data is unofficial, unregulated, and aggregated from public market intelligence sources. GMP figures can change rapidly and do not guarantee positive listing performance.
Time2IPO strives to keep IPO dates, price bands, lot sizes, and subscription figures accurate through official feeds and search grounding, but schedules are subject to change by registrars, exchanges (NSE/BSE), and issuers. We make no warranties about the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of market data.
4. AI IPO Strategist disclaimer
The AI IPO Strategist is powered by large language models (Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic) and live web search grounding. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, outdated figures, or analytical errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all IPO parameters against official exchange notices (NSE/BSE) and the company’s RHP.
5. User responsibilities & account security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your device and the Google account used for Cloud Sync. We strongly recommend enabling Biometric Vault Security in the Profile tab to protect your portfolio on shared devices.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Time2IPO and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, missed IPO applications, allotment outcomes, or listing losses arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
